Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds, exchange will not be accpeted for change of mind. For this reason we advise buyers to contact us prior to purchase regarding any questions or concerns, we will reply to your enquiry promptly.

If for any unfortunate reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from maxwellmotorsports.com.au, please contact us so that we can resolve any problems.

Returns will not be accepted for goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Returns will not be accepted on used parts. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you to take out the necessary postal insurance with your chosen courier. Maxwell Motorsports will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from this website confirming your order & payment details.

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of being submitted based on product availability. In most cases dlivery can be expected within 1 to 7 working days from the date of payment - delivery time will vary depending on destination (excludes public holidays).

All orders are sent by Australia Post. It is recommended that you take out the additional postal insurance on orders, Maxwell Motosports will not be held liable for lost orders. We recommend a person is present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to your nominated address - signature may be required upon delivery.

Responsibility will not be taken for loss due to incorrect delivery detail as submitted by you at time of order, delays in delivery and orders returned to sender in the event that you fail to take action for organised re-delivery, should no one be present at time to accept first delivery attempt.
